Obesity is a major reason and risk behind having many dangerous diseases and people are still unaware about it, having a body mass index (BMI) of more than 30 is considered obese which is calculated through a person’s height and weight.

It is not that difficult to cure and prevent obesity, firstly if you are facing a medical condition then you should consult and know what are your risks of getting obese. Good eating habits will help you a lot not only in curing obesity but also keeping your organs, skin and whole body healthy.

A diet rich on healthy omega 3 rich fats, complex carbs like whole grains and a very good amount of clean protein sources could make a lot of difference.

Exercising, running, yoga, dance or any other activity which involves body movements is good for your health and even for your hormones as well.

When we run or do exercise our body releases a set of good or positive hormones which makes our mood good and is very good for killing those fat stores, all you need is some motivation to start a regime and get to the healthiest version of yourself.
